| 职位描述: |
1. Align with Regional Sales Supporting Manager’sgoal mission to deliver implement by communicate sales vision, direction, objectives, strategies, focus priorities for the upcoming 6 months to ensure that the all sales administration supporting team members in regional provincial level are in support of the priorities in short term the sales department vision strategies in long term.
2. Support to conduct sales volume, sales budget planning analysis, to control expense provide recommendation for field sales team
3. Support to set up delivery of effective sales administrative support system to ensure business support are delivered with efficient, simplified, rationalized stardized model. Assist straight forward reapplication to regional, provincial level city level to support business needs promote seamless communication.
4. Support to establish sales data & reports system which usage for sales management in tracking business health, understing market competition opportunity in market place through effective information collection by field sales organization sales administration system.
5. Support to deliver the most d effective sales relative procedures to ensure the best process availability to sales operation market dem.
6. Support to build up the effective system for the sales expense including trading, selling expenses to ensure that resources are effectively allocated, used by well planning effective approval process with transparency system monitored in support of business development anti competition.
7. Support to develop an effective management tool to monitor improve the provincial sales clerk
8. Assist to hle ad hoc projects based on HQ, regional or provincial needs.
9. Work coordinate effectively with all other functions line in one to deliver goals. |
| 任职要求: |
1.Experienced supervisor with discipline, innovation, self-motivation
2.Experience in data analysis, information system management, business support for at least 2 years , with experience in FMCG products for at least 2 years
3.Effective leadership with solid planning capability
4.An effective communicator ( good English Marin-written spoken)
5.A team player with superior initiative follow-through
6.A doer, a seasoned leader, has a winning resilient attitude, decisive appreciative, good in change leadership in management, walk the talk, set high stards be proactive in making things happen.
