工作内容 Director, Engineering  Design
(Based in Beijing ) 
Job Description:
In collaboration with the VP of Engineering, the Director, Engineering & Design will work to start-up a new Flex Medical design center co-located with the existing Flex Mobile site of Beijing. This task will include the logistic set-up, the development of the organization through appropriate hiring (up to an initial team size of about 30 people)  the deployment of all needed tools  processes - including a compliant Quality system - to support the medical product development activities. 

After the start-up phase the Director, Engineering & Design will take responsibility to lead a cross-functional team of technical leaders/managers to ute - in concert with business development  operations - product development programs aimed to go from customer requirements to transfer of a validated design into full-scale production. 
The director will finally work to improve  grow the design center infrastructure  organization in lines with the strategic business directions of the Medical segment
