| 职位描述: |
1.Meet or exceed the assigned revenue goal for each ac in total
2.Manage Sales In/Sales out relationship to ensure internal Company sales goals are met
3.Develop ute a business plan for each assigned ac focused on revenue growth of all technologies that Company participates
4.Roll out support marketing programs developed by Companymarketing team. Provide formal feedback, recommendation to Manager, National Acs COMPANY marketing relative to: Marketing programs, competitive programs, competitive products, rep awareness programs, rep incentive programs, market trends
5.Develop relationships with: key ac utives, top Company sales members, top sales members
6.Identify Ac strategic initiatives work with Companymanagement to link Company/ac initiatives together within the strategic planning process
7.Regularly train ac sales reps on focused products/new products
8.Provide support at Company partner events targeted trade shows provided by the Director, Sales
9.Lead Quarterly business review with management at both ac within Company. Reviews should include ac performance vs. goal, as well as presentation of programs goals for upcoming quarter
10.Identify potential new channel acs that might produce additional revenue growth if proactively engaged
11.Development utilize program contract contacts within acs to be on the front lines of new procurement contracts programs other business development activities |
| 任职要求: |
·Bachelor degree or Equivalent
·5 to 7 years Major ac management experience
·Excellent communication skills Presentation Skills
·Able to form relationships with telesales reps Sr managers
·75% travel to assigned ac
·Very strong practical knowledge of the IT system integrators channel, systems integrators OEMs
