| 工作职责： 与供货商就技术方面和质量整改要求报告的问题进行交流。使供货商准确地了解美方图纸的技术要求，并把供货商从提高产品可制造性，产品合格率和降低成本角度希望的设计改进及时反馈给美方。 跟踪订单的执行情况，保证供货商在生产过程中使用规定的材料， 保证订单按质按量及时完成。 对供货商的质量保证，技术能力及过程控制进行绩效评价。 在生产现场协助供货商安排生产能力和控制生产过程。 帮助制造商进行PPAP（生产件批准程序）。 职位要求： 良好的职业道德和个人素质，出色的沟通和解决问题能力。 45岁以下，大学工科本科或以上学历。 有8年以上在各种行业生产第一线的工作经验。 熟悉金属，电线，电工零件的规格和性能。 能使用游标卡尺，分离卡，高度计和电压欧姆计测量机械零件和电工产品。 能安排访问及跟踪供货商并及时向有关各方报告情况。 英语国家统考四级或四级以上同等英语水平。 熟悉产品制造过程和质量保证体系；了解ISO9000和TS16949质量控制体系。 具有PPAP（生产件批准程序）的知识。 具有理解英文图纸的能力。熟悉中国和美国的相关技术标准。精通工程图和形位公差。 能够经常出差。 最好会使用AutoCAD 和ProE。 如果您符合以上条件并对此职位感兴趣，请与我们联系。届时美方会来人与我们共同面试。一旦录用，待遇优厚，并将派去美国实习。 Duties: -Communicate between American companies and the Chinese suppliers to resolve technical issues and CAR(Corrective Action Request); Help the suppliers to understand all the technical specifications in the drawings and convey the suppliers’ request of design modification to American companies to improve product manufacturability, quality and lower the cost. -Follow up the purchase order. Make sure that the suppliers use specified materials in the processes and fulfill the orders in time with no quality problem. -Audit the technical and quality control capabilities and process of the suppliers. -Assist in capacity planning and manufacturing process controls at supplier site. -Support PPAP（Production Part Approval Process）activities at suppliers. Requirements: -Excellent communication and problem-solving skill. -45 years old or below with 4 year engineering degree. -At least 8 years experience in shop-floor level manufacturing in a variety of industries. -Familiar with material specification for metals, wire, components of electrical assemblies. -Capable for making measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gages and volt-Ohm meters. -Capable for planning visits and maintaining follow-up with reports to constituents. -English: Passed CET-4 or PETS-4 -Familiar with manufacturing process and ISO 9000 and TS16949 quality management systems. -Knowledge of PPAP（Production Part Approval Process）. -Strong ability to read specification in English drawings. Familiar with Chinese and U.S. engineering standards. Proficient in blueprint reading including GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing ). -Able to frequently travel. -Knowledge of using AutoCAD and Pro-E a plus.
